For the very beginners, I introduce Alfred All-in-One method books by adding my own creation of a few finger exercises in all levels. I also add a Primer level of Performance book by Faber to go side-by-side as repertoire.
For the transfer students, I can easily adopt any method books you’ve used from the previous teacher(s) to moving forward.
We have an annual formal recital with a reward dinner party afterward.
I’m a very active participant in the CMTA Festival as well as the competitions as they fit accordingly.
