CMTA YOUTH STUDENT RECITAL

“Revelatory Romantic Music”

This year, students of CMTA members are invited to perform at a recital comprised entirely of music from the Romantic period (1827 - 1910). All instruments, including chamber ensembles and voice, may participate.

Each CMTA teacher may submit up to two students to perform for this event. Teachers should confer with the Recital Chair ahead of time about any questions regarding a particular composition or before selecting a longer piece. Please note that all solo performers are required to have their pieces memorized.

Eligibility:           Any CMTA member's student, grade 12 or younger
